Georgeous spaces are therefore to be found in the 14th arrondissement, like the one below benefiting from art deco features and huge 710SqF reception. One of the most thought after redeveloped property in London is the former Hartley’s Jam Factory in Bermondsey (south of the river). Many of the units were offered as shells providing the potential for one-off interiors and offering the ability to create spaces tailored to individual needs.
Since its opening in 2004, the Jam Factory has also been able to develop a strong community feel thanks to an intranet system dedicated to businesses and people living there.
One penthouse is currently offered for rent on the 6th floor, including a terrace with view on the city.
